Topics we're studying or have studied. We'll begin working on the Library Program called Destiny Quest. It's a great program for the students to learn how to navigate through our card catalog. Also, a great way for them to begin to do some research. All you have to do is - you have a choice- 1) log on to the School's Web site, go to the Elementary page, then to the Elem. Library. From there just click on to the Library Catalog and have fun.Their are other resources available on the same site, or just click on the following link.
Activities we're working on: Soon we are going to begin to work on how to use Databases and Search Engines that are helpful to them and not as much for adult researchers. They will carry us far into our days of research. We've been working on some internet etiquette before we begin our work on databases and search engines. Stay tuned!
